- ・Reservation in advance is required for our free shuttle service.
*Our free shuttle service is available only when reservation is made. Please note that we do not offer the service if you don’t make a reservation in advance.
・Please make sure to let us know if you need our free shuttle service at least 3 days in advance.
・We will pick you up at Shuzenji Station, Izuhakone Railway, and leave at 2:40PM.
We will arrive at the “Shuzenji Station” loop and pick you up there.
*The bus leaves at 2:40PM, so please make sure that you’ll be there in time.
・You may share a ride with other guests. Thank you for your understanding.
・It can accommodate up to 9 people. Please note that if more than 9 people apply for the free shuttle service, we offer the seats on a first-come, first-served basis.
*If you would like our free shuttle service, it is recommended to check the availability in advance.

- Please feel free to take necessary amenities at the reception.
Amenities at the administration building: Toothbrush, cotton swab, sleep aid set, razor, hairbrush, mouthwash, hair tie, and disposable slippers.
Amenities at your guest room: Hand towel, bath towel, hair dryer, toner, cleansing oil, milky location, foam soap, air freshener, shampoo, hair conditioner, and body wash.
*We do not prepare pajamas. If necessary, please bring them with you.

- Yes. You can enjoy them in any weather.

- Yes. We have a fire pit, firewood, fire starter. BBQ lighter (Chakkaman), and tongs prepared.

- You can only use handheld fireworks purchased at the administration building.
For safety reasons, we kindly ask you to refrain from bringing your own fireworks. Thank you for your understanding.
